Hey, I’m Lovis – a designer who turns sophisticated ideas into intuitive products

After high school, I went straight into digital advertising, first as a design intern, then freelance, most the time providing emergency support when in-house teams get stuck and need a design tow truck. During this time I picked up skills like a Swiss army knife.

Around 2021, I shifted my focus fully to product design. I co-founded Design DAO, a small design studio creating high-quality interfaces for early stage startups, and grew into a senior product design role – working side by side with founders to shape their company’s product and brand.

Outside of work, I play a range of instruments, carry analog cameras up mountains, build physical things like bikes and kitchens, and travel the world. I’m fully remote most of the time, but always happy to show up in person – wherever that happens to be.
